Fiesta Mexicana is an authentic Mexican Bar and Grill that has been proudly serving the Kaiserslautern area and beyond since 2017. Since then, our mission has been to provide high-quality food for all those that wish to combine fun and enjoyable ambiance with skilful cooking into a casual dining experience. We are really pleased to announce that we have recently partnered with ZEMO in Weilerbach. They are now the sole provider when it comes to our restaurant and all of our pork and beef!

Our owner and head chef, Eduardo Garcia, originates from Puebla, Mexico. Using cooking techniques passed down by generations of his family, we provide some of the most authentic Mexican food in the area!

Owner and chef, Eduardo, has been cooking his whole life. Growing up in Mexico he learned the recipes of his people from his mother and how to cook for many from his brother. With over ten years of experience he is happy to give you a small taste of the country he loves so much and the feeling of home when you dine in our restaurant. But, the most important rule he has learned over the many years of cooking is that the most important ingredient, which goes into Mexican food, is Love. It may sound easy enough to make tacos and burritos, but if you do not have the passion and the love that goes into cooking then your guests will be left unsatisfied and still hungry. It has been a life long dream to open up his own grill/bar and after seeing such a high demand for authentic Mexican food in the Kaiserslautern area, he decided to grow roots in Mackenbach. Come and share our passion of Mexican food and become part of our family. We welcome you to our humble bar and grill, located next to the Mackenbach soccer field
